Ukrainian food!

I made Pyrizhky last night for Grace. So bad for you (they’re little buns stuffed with, in this case, rice and cottage cheese, rolled in butter and baked in a butter-greased pan, then smothered in cream-dill-onion sauce and baked again), but so good.
I don’t really need the recipe anymore — this is one I’ve mostly committed to memory — but I figured I should share the joy. Add these to your Easter dinner…trust me.
