Do modern feminists speak for women?

Just a quick question. If in a 2005 poll
, it was discovered that more women than men — in the United States, Canada, and Britain — supported stricter abortion laws, and if modern leftist feminists argue that any measures to limit or tighten abortion laws are against the interests of women and “not what women want,” can it really be said that modern feminism speaks for modern women?
