Layout change

Because I felt like messing with the site layout CSS a bit, the good Reader should note a moderate change to the template. Basically, everything is more or less the same, save that the Pic of the Day (which was already automatically the top post on the site anyhow) has been moved above the main content area and sidebar. I think it looks a bit better this way myself — the idea was always to make the picture the priority, anyhow, and this revision achieves that a bit better.
