Muhammad…trademarked?

Apparently, a Canadian Muslim has trademarked — copyrighted, rather — the image of the (false) prophet of Islam, Muhammad.
You know? Muhammad? This guy:

Yeah…him. Apparently, depictions of Muhammad are now a registered copyright of one Mr. Hector Agha of Etobicoke, Ontario.
(Etobicoke…hey, isn’t that where Shaukat lives? What gives?)
I must admit: it’s a rather unique way of implementing Censorship, although I doubt it would stand up to a court challenge. Failing that, I guess I’ll have to rely on “fair use” provision to get by, eh?
