Pic of the Day #627
June 7, 2008
This was just a random sight I caught while walking to a haircut appointment, again in Vermilion, Alberta. The windmill rather stood out against the dark green of the tree behind it, and I figured that the Lensbaby’s blurring effect would make it stand out even more.
I don’t think I missed that bet.
Edit-wise, I believe I used my normal calibration/Punch preset on this image, and I also recall doing a lot of chromatic aberration reduction; the Lensbaby, in high-contrast situations, sometimes exceeds even my 17-85 mm lens’ capacity for producing harsh CAs.
