Crypto-positivism illustrated
Positivism: There is no evidence for God, ergo God does not exist.
Flaw: A lack of evidence is not the same thing as a disproof.

Crypto-positivism: The concept of God cannot be falsified, therefore it is meaningless to talk about “God”.
Flaw: The inability of a tool to perform a certain task required of it does not render the task itself meaningless. If the concept of God cannot be falsified, then it is not the concept of God that is meaningless, but the tool called falsification that is inadequate to the task.
